On Saturday the 23rd, your people In Wesier Idaho gave me some really bad service, it was about 3:30pm I stated that I had a flat and my truck was up in the hills told them I had a
credit card but that did not seem to matter to them. The three males working treated me as though I didn't exist, and it did not seem that I needed help, I asked since they would not go up and help me what was I to do? They ended out selling me a thin walled
lug wrench, costing $38.00, it worked but I still feel that these three Hispanic males treated me like I didn't exist, I feel as though they should have treated me with respect.
I would like a response to this.

Why is it there problem to run out and save your butt. Maybe they couldn't get it done before closing. No offense if someone told me to go fix their truck "in the hills" I would not do it either. If you can't take your own tire off your truck than take the bus..
