I am an honest person and work hard for my money, got vehicle aligned in November then in February purchased new tires after driving noticed a vibration at high speeds took it back balanced tires was still vibrating took it back to diff store they said 3 of my alloy wheels are bent probably from removing them with the wrong machine went back to tell them they were bent store manager said " I did not damage your wheels" but in the same sentence said "I don't have a problem admitting if I did bend them and wouldn't have a problem with taking them to have them straightened" ok, why would I want to bring my car back to the same store that I think bent them so they can do it again, the assist. manager argued and was very bitter with me, went home called Corp. office to speak with someone above him he said he would resolve the issue, then got a phone call back three hours later saying they firmly believe they did not bend them and would only pay to have them repaired ....after being told by the assist man that the place didn't have a tire machine to remove them from wheels I called a diff LS store and asked them who they used for that service and got the phone number called and asked if they had the proper machine to remove 17 inch wheels he said "yes we do" go figure the dude lied to me so I called the ***. man. back and confronted him and his answer was " I will not pay for mount and dismount when I can do it at no charge" this guy thinks I'm stupid...again why would I want them to ever try and take my tires off after they did this and the rudeness of the manager who knows what kind of stuff they would do to the customer who is complaining about there services??? any suggestions as to what to do about this? Thanks for your time.
