Unfortunately, although TJ Tires in Ballrd, Washington and Les Schwab don't really stand behind their tires. The warranty gimmick always has a catch. They were happy to put on 4 high performance tires and take $500 for this service, but when my oli change mechanic noticed 3 months later they were bald, I went back for them to tell me that "it wasn't the tires fault that my alignment was obviously off, and it voided the warranty". Then the great manager NEIL offered me half off an alignment, but the tire replacement would be full price. $588 this time.

Thanks a lot, Neil. Yes, I yelled at him and he kicked me out.

I would rather give my money to anyone else than smug Neil.

anyone who runs snow tires knows the last legal stud date is april 1st so if you dont want to wait for ever at the tire store you drop your car off or go in long before that date and have them removed.... because that is the tire stores busiest time of year and when your tires are older than dirt what do you expect !!!!! four tires half of sounds like a good deal to me!!!!! for replacement of antiques!!!!

anyone with common sense would know that high performance tires do not come with a mileage warranty and that if they spend money on high performance tires common sense would be to get an alignment!!!! to protect your investment in your high performance tires!!!!! and anyone knows that if you treat someone like *** and cause a scene of course they are going to kick your dumbass out until you can behave like an adult !!!!!!
