Les Schwab Tire Centers complaint
Les Swab (Eugene,Ore.) has screwed me more then once. First installed wrong off road tires on my 4x4, constantly got flats just driving on gravel roads and once in the snow, (cheap tires). Secondly, Bent interior rim on my BMW wheel (egg shaped) when removing old tire. Told i drove it in that way, B.S., sent certified letter to Prineville with complaint but letter was "Refused" without even being opened. Third, installed wrong rear overload springs on my '02 Ram after 2hr. wait. Lastly, went into there shop because i was getting a flat on my Acura, they fixed it for free but tried to sell me new tires. One week later when checking air pressure on my Acura i found out they put 40 and 44 psi.in all my tires which take 32 psi. hopeing to wear them out. Talked to manager and he stated the tire persons gauge must have been faulty, B.S....LS go to *** !

have had nothing but problems from kellogg id store. they have sold my faulty tires and this last one had 20,000 miles on new tires and got a flat and they said the tire was beyond repair and i had to buy new ones but they would give me 20% on that tire. what a joke!! they suck and i went down the street and their competitor said that tire could be repaired and offered to fix it. I said just trash them and i bought a new set from them out of principle. goodbye to my business les schwab!!
