I live in quincy california and it has been snowing really bad for the last two days and i called to see if
les schwab had mud and snow
tires in
stock for my car and he asked me what the size was and i said i dont know and he told me to call him back when i found out and i told him i didnt want to go out and dig my car out just to find that out and i asked him if he had a book that would determine that and he said yes with
disgust! and said he was to busy to look in the book so i offered to call back at another time when they were not so busy and he said they would be busy all week! What kind of
customer service is that!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So if you're completey buried at your work can I call you and ask you questions? When a business is busy like LS gets when it snows, they don't have time to sit on the phone and hold your hand. Do some legs work yourself and get them the information that they need to help you.
