I asked Les Schwab on 11th in Eugene if my one year old Honda Civic might need an alignment because I felt the car was pulling a little to the right.

All the diagnostics were done, and the young man gave me a piece of paper with some sort of "charting" on it, said that yes, indeed, 2 of my tires were within the alignment category and to be happy I didn't have all four within this range! The pricing was outrageous.

I took the paper home to my husband, and he said, "What the heck are they talking about?" He knew how to read this chart and my car in NO WAY needed any sort of alignment. I took it to the manager and he said my husband was right.

We are never going to that store again. Or any of them, for that matter.

Think they might work on commission?
