Bad company to business do with or to work

Their website sucks, I had a friend that worked for them, not only did they falsely terminate them, but, they kept this person's last check, which was close to a grand. This was the GIG HARBOR store.

Poor attitude, poor service.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
The Dallas, Oregon store tried the "upsell" for tires I purchased (80K mile radials) from them 18 months prior. "How can we make it better" was what I was told. They told me it was "just a misunderstanding" on my part. This is how they get out of being responsible. I started seeing this is Eugene 16 years ago. Woman goes in for rotation. Told she needs new brakes. New ones were put on 2 weeks prior. Les Schwab lies, and does not respond to neg. reviews. Spoke with retired regional manager about this. Never heard from them again. Buyer beware!

Same thing was said to me at the Dallas, Oregon store, "...a misunderstanding." And when I complained about his attitude, the assistant manager then invited me to take my business elsewhere. I have been a customer of this store for over 20 years and this is how I am treated?

They screwed up on the order and then tell me it is a misunderstanding and that I will now have to pay $300 more than the quote I was given. No apology from Conrad, just attitude.

I will take you up on your offer Conrad. Next time we will go elsewhere.

No discounts for minorities

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
When asked for a discount like 10% or 20%, you get passed over. But if youre an old white lady that drives a BMW or Mercedes, they would Likey offer you 25% discount. I see this done when I was standing in line. Being a loyal customer doesnt matter. You need to be rich and white.

Damaged and broke into my vehicle then impounded it

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Dropped my vehicle at a location at night to get new tires. Vehicle has an issue with the ground terminal and had total power failure in addition to a couple flats.

After I spoke with an employee about what I needed done they told me they can't do anything unless they can drive it inside the install bay and won't do anything if it can't. While trying to figure out how exactly I was gonna be able to do that I stopped to check on it and found the door was not shut all the way and another was completely unlocked after I had made sure every door was locked. Also when dropping off the vehicle I had to put it into park from neutral and was able to.

Now I cannot shift at all the lever is completely broken and my door locks are *** . Everything was fine before this and to top it all off they impounded it on me without even trying to call me at all.y the F away from any LYNWOOD WA LES SCHUABstSta that

Complaint

Took my car to get a brake inspection around 8:40, was given 3 hour wait time. Received a call about 5 hours later, service advisor informed me my front brakes were at a two and need pads and rotors, the back brakes weren't as bad only need pads, advised to move forward. Quoted finish time close to 5. My dad picked my car up around 5pm after he drove it home noticed brakes felt worse from when we took it in, when I press on the brakes they go all the way to the ground as if I was pressing on the gas, couldn't go back they were closed. Very unsafe.

Dissatisfied with service

We had a flat tire and wanted to get it replaced . They would sell us one but would not put it on saying because of awd we need to buy all new tires . Our car is a2006 Nissan Murano which we are looking to replace and did not want to invest in new tires all around . My husband is 75 and in poor health so he had to do the tire replacement himself . On your commercials you claim to be so kind and helpful. We were appreciative of them coming and putting on our spare tire so we could get to the store to replace the flat. However it seemed you are more interested in selling.

Bad business practice fleecing customers

I bought tires with apparently a 65k warranty, I didnt even know this, as I have never had problems as I am about to describe WITH ANY TIRE. I get my car out of my local shop and the gentleman informs me I should go back to wherever I had purchased my tires and have them looked at.

The sidewalls have slashes appearing in them between impeach tread. The young nice kid comes out to check them whips out a knife and starts to prod around in one of the slashes looking for belts and says wow this is crazy I have never seen an open country tire do this. Brings a manager out, he looks at it and my receipt all that says wow that is dangerous and I wouldn't like that either, I had 29k on a 65k warranty. But they tell me it's a defect, nothing to do with normal wear and tear.

So i was happy, great they said uts covered, blah blah blah. I get in to set up the appointment (again saying whoa this is a dangerous situation you must get this fixed), and says I cant give you a quote on what it will cost?? At this point 2 managers?? Have looked at the tires and were shocked that they were falling apart.

But yet less than half the mileage warranty and no fault of my own , a defect in the tire and they want me to buy new tires with a discount.

AGAIN THEY SAID A DEFECT IN THE TIRE, but their assessment office would not ok replacing 2 DEFECTIVE tires. Their words not mine.

They flat out lied to me.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I went to Les Schawb to get a free repair of my tire, which had a screw in it. They told me that they couldnt repair it and that the tire needed to be replaced. The screw was a small one, and not on a side, but directly in the tread. I knew they were lying to me, so I took it to Big Brand; they scheduled an appointment for later in the day because they were swamped. I brought it back 30 minutes before my appointment, as I sat and waited, I saw a bay come open , and they pulled my car in. 20 minutes later they were done. The worker said it was just a small screw. I will absolutely buy my set of tires from Big Brand.

Broke my car after 3 1/2 hours in 104 degrees, laughed at me (age 64), asked where to tow it, then invoiced me!

Fire the manager. No excuse for his conduct and laughter, given the circumstances. I doubt he'd be okay with one of his employees treating his mother so contemptuosly in 104 degrees as he did.

I have now had 2 people do the same thing to me, in 2019 I bought tires for a really ugly but highly invested in Nissan 720, I bought 2 new tires, when it went up on the lift I heard OH F%&K so I went out to see what was up , ahh nothing, when I left I could not go over 35mph without massive vibration throughout the entire vehicle, I braved it back and forth very slowly to their shop. They just kept adding weights, never even came close to fixing the problem.

I took the truck into my mechanic, they lifted it up and noticed on my muddy driveline , clear metal. Les schwab hit the driveline bending it and would NEVER RECTIFY the situation, the manager laughed at me saying I brought him a lemon and was scamming him. Nothing was ever fixed nothing from Les Schwab.

That is Poulsbo WA. Horrible.

Had my safety check done before taking rv out. I was told I had a tie for problem. I had complete front end rebuild by them 18 months before and had average miles on it. Was given the " the parts were not theirs" so they would not back them. Parts were from NAPA down the street, they would not back them since LS did work.Cux work worm

Inaccurate assessment of services needed

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Went in for a torn boot and overall assessment of front end, tie rods, brakes, etc. upon returning a few hours later the les schwab employee informed everything was tip top, no issues found.

I showed him the torn boot, said employee stated it was a non issue and everything looked great. Two weeks later the truck is making squeaking, scraping noises under the front end so I take it to a different les schwab(madras) and am told the front brakes are metal on metal and I need new rotors also. $711 feel like this should of been caught on the initial visit and i could of been just replacing pads. This could of saved me a lot of money and more importantly TIME!

Two full days wasted and at a few hundred bucks. Just wanted to share so as to enhance awareness of the customer experience.

As a former corporate manager I know how extremely important all forms of feedback are to the continued success of an organization. Thank you for your time
