I'm a car broker located 2 doors from one of your stores. Always had great service there till 2 weeks ago.

Took a subaru forester in for balance and rotate of the tires. I was really surprised when they hit me up for $50.00. I was ok they wanted to charge me but $50.00. Didn't *** just paid and left for the last time.

There are a lot of tire stores in Spokane that would have done it for half the price. Maybe they should put a price sheet up somewhere cause I'd of gone down the street.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Location: Coeur D Alene, Idaho

I went to Les Schwab in Ritzville, WA today to get two tires replaced on my F150. I brought them the tires.

They charged me $68. Is that supposed to be a good deal?

I have noticed the same thing in Sedro Woolley,Wa.Les Schwab prices have went ballistic! They are not worth visiting anymore. In Skagit county it is better to get your services at the old Mt.Vernon frame and axle shop. The prices are more than 50% lower for the same work.

Car broker? Car dealer?

What is (are) that (those) job(s) exactly? Any bets the Subaru is not even titled in his name? Most people would say "my" Subaru not "a" Subaru.

My vote is thumbs down. If you are trying to scam some free service, at least be smart enough to ask if there is a charge.

rip offs! they tell you a set price then when you come back to get it they charged you for not only what YOU asked for but for what THEY thought you needed without confronting YOU first! :(

They always take care of me. They even matched a deal I found a few ciites away on a tire.

LS is the best dont be cheap!!

Plus that other guy was right, you must have been rude everyone i know gets courtesy service.

Back in the 60's Les got in trouble for fixing flats for free for women only that hasn't been going on for 30-40 yrs. You get charged for flats on tires that are not purchased from les schwabs.

same with rotate and balancing. If you purchased the tires from les schwab they service them for free. Sometimes for good advertising and the hope of making a customer for life they will do some of these things free when you don't buy them from les schwab.

But how can any buisness stay in buisness if all they ever do for anybody is free service work??? they have bills to pay just like everyone else in the world.

Nope wasn't rude, not in a hurry, I have been going to les schwab for almost 20 years. Bought a new car and went to les for snow tires, went there following summer with my non les tires on and they charged me $15.00.

It's not a big deal (15.00) but the non consistance cost them a customer for life....do you charge or don't they? "To be fair, we must charge all customers with 18 inch rims"...........

@ prejudice?

I guess you must have been an *** because I have had 2 tires patched there for free. I didnt even buy them there.

Guest

so...your a dealer? Not sure how that should play into this matter.

If you have been a customer at Les Schwab you would know that you recieve free rotations/balances and flat repairs on Les Schwab Tires- not just any tire that comes in...MAN the employees have to make money too. Get a grip people!!!!

Guest

The price they charged was low you had all four tires balanced plus a tire rotation all you paid was 50.00 Dollars??? I wonder how much your service center would charge me for a simply repair at 70.00 Dollars an hour shop time I guess I wouldn't be getting a deal from you.

Guest

They never charged for fixing flats either, now they charge there male customers (but not there female customers).
