First, I would have emailed or written Les Schwab company directly, but they posted no contact information on their site.

Second, I was looking for a reliable tire store I could send my wife and three daughters to with out worry. I learned, however, that I had to call in advance, select the tires, get a price, then send one of them to the store to purchase them only to find out they charge a different price than quoted over the phone.

This happened twice, but never again.

I'm wondering what other games they play to charge us more money than we should pay.
