Les Schwab Tire Centers Car Part Replacement Review from Bend, Oregon
I have a f250 with under 60k miles.I had the Franklin store to do some front suspension work in august of 2015.They quoted me a price to do the work and a time frame, They then call me back after dropping truck off three times to adjust the price.( "we forgot parts in the quote" My bill started at $873 and ended at $1275) also forgot to shimmy drive line, and proper tourqe on my U- Bolts.Since then I have had my truck to all 3 bend locations about 8 times replacing an array of parts that are causing the problem In there OPINION....(Sway bar end links, shocks, drop link bracket location) and every time a complimentary suspension check, But no diagnosis..So about 3 weeks ago I went to a New suspension shop for a second opinion and they noticed my newley replaced Les Schwab shocks are a bit long, I only had 2 inches of upward travel.I went to Bend South store and they put new shocks on at no charge. "But still cant find the other noise".My wife started to back out of our driveway today and the front passanger U-joint starts screaming, and clicking. It is a louder version of what i have been complaning about.I crawl under and notice the axle seal is out, and my u joint is sloppy... "The people working the clearly could not pour *** out of a boot if the directions are on the bottom"
What the *** has happend to this Company?I will never do, nor will I ever suggest Les Schwab Tires to anyone, for anything!
Really sad... Every staple that nice man (Les) had built his business on has been eradicated by simple mis-managment, and *** goals that corporate puts on these stores to meet a certain dollar quota.
Sincerely,Pissed off customer
