when i went to get a routine installation on my jeep. something happened.

All i was having done was get new shox put in on my jeep cherokee. The person installing the shox, bill, broke the two bolts that hold the shox in place. And had the nerve to tell me that it wasn't his fault. That it would of happened either way.

And refused to fix what he broke. Then he went on to tell me that if i had leschwab shox on my jeep then he would fix what he broke for free. Now because bill is not good at fixing things that he brakes, and that it would take too long, I have to dig money out of my *** that I don't have. While being unemployed right now and trying to raise two kids, to take care of his problem myself or by some miracle find some money and pay for someone else to fix what bill broke.

This is not fair. I will be writing corporate.

If bill wasn't suppose to fix it then why did he try and after 5 min fail. this is unacceptable.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2.

Location: Sacramento, California

His spelling isn't important here LES SCHWAB EMPLOYEE. He got his point across just fine.

You're really one to be complaining. You started a sentence with "AND" then didn't use a capital letter to start the next sentence AND forgot an apostrophe in "can't" and "it's". Get a grip LES SCHWAB EMPLOYEE. The point of the story is that they are not accountable for what they do.

If there was any possible way that the employee at Les Schwab could break something on his jeep, he should have stopped what he was doing, gone to the customer and advised him of the situation and that they wouldn't be liable if it broke because of the condition of the vehicle.

Then, at least the customer would have taken the responsibility of this whole issue. Since that didn't occur, Les Schwab should have fixed it for free.
